CLEANING DEPOSIT

$150.00 deposit with small animal, all refundable if cottage and yard is left clean for next tenant. If we do any cleaning deposit will not be refunded. (Not refundable without a 30 day cancellation notice.)
A 3% Ohio Cottage Tax will be added to all rental prices under 30 days.
